Guided Meditations

You will receive and have unlimited access to the 8 guided meditations (by Kate) that are 10-20 minutes each.  Even if you’re 100% new to meditation, this is a perfect way to start integrating it, there is absolutely no experience required.

Yoga Classes

You will receive and have unlimited access to 8 full length 1-hour yoga classes (by Marty). These classes are pre-recorded as opposed to live so you may go at your own pace in the comfort of your home. All levels are welcome!

Kate Flowers, Holistic Self-Love Mentor & Meditation Teacher

Hi! If you’re here you probably already know me, but just in case you don’t, I’m Kate! After practicing meditation avidly for 10+ years and being deeply passionate about all aspects of self-love and self-care I realized one day that part of my purpose in life was to pass on the transformational practice of meditation through teaching it. And my favorite way to do that is through guided meditation. I want to walk you through beautiful visuals and scenarios that lead you to a happier and deeper connection with yourself, your loved ones, and your life.

Martin Roosaare, Professional Ballet Dancer & Yoga Instructor

Martin is an expert in body movement. He spent 20+ years in disciplined ballet training and has been working professionally in the field for over 7 years. In early 2020 he completely fell in love with yoga (almost overnight) and dove straight into becoming a certified yoga instructor. He has a humble, calm and grounding presence and makes everyone feel welcome regardless of their skill level.
